Caramel notes, hints of nuts and fresh bread can be tasted. The traditional ERDINGER yeast unmistakably sets its top-fermented accent.

ERDINGER Dunkel made its debut in 1989 when ERDINGER master brewer Werner Brombach, owner of the private brewery, brewed a dark wheat beer for his birthday. The recipient found it so popular that he launched it in 1990.
